I am on maternity leave!

Check back for a new schedule Fall 2024

  • By utilizing the most current anatomically based cues, vinyasa classes aim to guide the body towards neutral and include dynamic sequences to break free from habitual movement patterns.

  • Yin classes are designed to keep the mind occupied in the present, with continued guidance through the winding path of discomfort, intensity, and ease.

  • Restorative classes offer deep relaxation with guidance towards presence in the body and enhancing your somatic experience.

  • Ease into practice with long held Yin shapes, saying hello to the muscles and fascia. Slowly build towards muscular effort from the ground up with gentle intuitive movements and familiar yoga shapes. Finally, stand in your power as we move through an all levels flow, igniting your fire within.

  • Balance your energy from the day with Yang to Yin! We begin by linking breath to movement, flowing through a sequence designed to get the blood moving and build our fire within. After breath and heart rate are elevated, we will descend towards a yin practice with longer held shapes to target tight or “stuck” areas in the body. Leave with a sense of grounding in your body, heart, and mind.
